1. Program Name

Scott Wills Coaching SMS Reminders, operated by SWILLSMARKETING LLC.

2. Program Description

This is a transactional SMS program that sends appointment reminders and commitment prompts to individuals who have explicitly opted in by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our calendar booking form at scottzwills.com. After booking a call with Scott Wills, you may receive:

• A booking confirmation immediately after scheduling
• A 24-hour reminder before your scheduled call
• A 15-minute pre-call reminder
• A reply-YES commitment prompt to confirm attendance

This program is transactional only. We do not use it to send promotional offers, sales pitches, or third-party advertisements.

3. How to Opt In

Complete the calendar booking form at scottzwills.com/book and check the optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is separate from the phone number field, unchecked by default, and not required to submit the form.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive approximately 3 to 5 SMS messages per booked appointment.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to each message. SWILLSMARKETING LLC is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

Wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, US Cellular, C-Spire, Cellcom, Google Fi, and Mint Mobile are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy and Data Sharing

We collect your mobile number solely to send the SMS messages described above. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent data with any third party or affiliate for marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes under any circumstances. This restriction does not apply to operational subprocessors strictly required to deliver messages you requested, including our CRM (GoHighLevel), our telecom carrier, and message delivery partners.

10. Supported Carriers

Compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, US Cellular, C-Spire, Cellcom, Google Fi, and Mint Mobile. Coverage on smaller carriers and MVNOs may vary.

11. Eligibility

This program is intended for individuals aged 18 and over with a valid US, UK, or Canadian mobile number who have explicitly opted in through our booking form.
